Thank you for shopping at MdGlyph.

Because our products are **digital goods** (downloadable markdown files, Claude prompts, and templates), **all sales are final and non-refundable**. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or cancellation.

Exceptions

I may consider refunds only under extraordinary circumstances, such as:

- You were accidentally double-charged for the same product.

- The digital file is proven to be entirely corrupted or inaccessible, and I cannot resolve the issue.

If you encounter any issues downloading or opening your files, please contact us immediately at contact@mdglyph.com within 7 days of purchase, and I will gladly assist you.
